Die App erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Sonnen- und Mondbahn, die Besselschen Elemente einer Finsternis, Kontaktzeiten, Bedeckungsgrad und die Meteorrate werden ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät berechnet. Wir betreiben keine Server, es gibt kein Konto, keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge und keine Drittanbieter-SDKs. Die App ruft auch keinen Wetterdienst ab. Nichts aus der App wird an uns oder an Dritte übertragen.
Für sekundengenaue Kontaktzeiten braucht die Berechnung deine Koordinaten und deine Höhe über dem Meer. Erlaubst du den Standortzugriff, liest die App ihn nur auf dem Gerät aus und rechnet lokal damit weiter — er verlässt dein iPhone nie, wird nicht gespeichert und nicht an uns oder Dritte gesendet. Die Standortfreigabe ist optional: Lehnst du sie ab, kannst du deinen Ort stattdessen von Hand eingeben; jede Funktion der App bleibt so erreichbar.
Erinnerungen am Tag vor einem Ereignis und eine Stunde vorher werden als lokale Benachrichtigungen direkt von deinem iPhone geplant (Apple UserNotifications). Dafür wird kein Push-Dienst und kein Server von uns kontaktiert.
Die teilbare 9:16-Karte mit deinen Zeiten wird vollständig lokal erstellt. Ob und an wen du sie weitergibst (iOS-Teilen-Menü), entscheidest ausschließlich du. Wählst du „Bild sichern", fragt iOS einmalig die Erlaubnis ab, das Bild deiner Fotomediathek hinzuzufügen (kein Lesezugriff auf deine Fotos).
Die Vollversion ist ein einmaliger In-App-Kauf (kein Abo) und wird vollständig über Apple (StoreKit) abgewickelt; deine Zahlungsdaten erhält ausschließlich Apple. Der Kaufstatus wird direkt auf deinem Gerät über StoreKit geprüft – wir erhalten keine personenbezogenen Kaufdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung). Für die Verarbeitung durch Apple gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
Die App enthält keine Werbe-Netzwerke, keine Analyse-Dienste und kein App-Tracking im Sinne des App-Tracking-Transparency-Frameworks.
Du hast nach DSGVO Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Die App richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 16 Jahren.

The app collects no personal data. The orbits of sun and moon, an eclipse's Besselian elements, contact times, obscuration and the meteor rate are all calculated only on your device. We run no servers, there is no account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs. The app never calls a weather service either. Nothing from the app is sent to us or to any third party.
Contact times to the second require your coordinates and your height above sea level. If you grant location access, the app reads it only on the device and uses it locally — it never leaves your iPhone, is not stored and is not sent to us or to anyone else. Sharing your location is optional: if you decline, you can type your place in by hand instead, and every feature of the app stays reachable that way.
Reminders the day before an event and an hour ahead are scheduled as local notifications directly by your iPhone (Apple UserNotifications). No push service and no server of ours is contacted for this.
The shareable 9:16 card with your times is created entirely on your device. Whether and with whom you share it (iOS share sheet) is solely your decision. If you choose “Save Image”, iOS asks once for permission to add it to your photo library (no read access to your photos).
The full version is a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription), processed entirely by Apple (StoreKit); only Apple receives your payment details. Your purchase status is checked on your device via StoreKit – we receive no personal purchase data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Apple’s privacy policy applies to processing by Apple.
The app contains no ad networks, no analytics services and no app tracking as defined by the App Tracking Transparency framework.
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we receive no data from you, your content stays with you. For questions, contact us at the email above.
