MigraineMap ist „privacy by design". Deine Anfalls-Einträge (Zeitpunkt, Dauer, Intensität, mögliche Auslöser, Medikation, Notizen) sind gesundheitsbezogene Daten und damit besonders schützenswert (Art. 9 DSGVO). Deshalb gilt: Sie werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert (Apple SwiftData) und zu keinem Zeitpunkt an uns oder Dritte übertragen. Wir betreiben keine eigenen Server, nutzen kein HealthKit und haben keinerlei Zugriff auf deine Einträge. Es ist kein Konto erforderlich, und es gibt keine Werbung.
Auf Wunsch erinnert dich die App an deinen Tagebucheintrag. Diese Erinnerung wird als lokale Mitteilung direkt auf deinem Gerät geplant — es sind keine Push-Server beteiligt und es werden keine Daten übertragen. Du kannst Mitteilungen jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen deaktivieren.
Die App kann einen Report für dein Arztgespräch als PDF erzeugen. Das PDF wird vollständig lokal auf deinem Gerät erstellt. Ob und an wen du es weitergibst (z. B. über das iOS-Teilen-Menü), entscheidest ausschließlich du selbst.
MigraineMap ist ein Tagebuch zur Selbstbeobachtung. Die App stellt keine Diagnosen und ersetzt keinen Arztbesuch.
Käufe und Abos werden vollständig über Apple (In-App-Kauf, StoreKit) abgewickelt; deine Zahlungsdaten erhält ausschließlich Apple. Der Abo-Status wird direkt auf deinem Gerät über Apples StoreKit geprüft — es sind keine weiteren Dienstleister beteiligt und wir erhalten keine personenbezogenen Kaufdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).
MigraineMap enthält keine Werbe-Netzwerke und kein App-Tracking im Sinne des App-Tracking-Transparency-Frameworks.
Du hast nach DSGVO Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit. Da deine Inhalte lokal liegen, kannst du sie jederzeit selbst löschen (Daten in der App entfernen oder die App deinstallieren). MigraineMap richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 16 Jahren.

MigraineMap is privacy by design. Your attack entries (time, duration, intensity, possible triggers, medication, notes) are health-related data and therefore particularly sensitive (Art. 9 GDPR). That is why they are stored only locally on your device (Apple SwiftData) and are never transmitted to us or to any third party. We run no servers of our own, use no HealthKit, and have no access whatsoever to your entries. No account is required and there are no ads.
If you wish, the App reminds you to write your diary entry. This reminder is scheduled as a local notification directly on your device — no push servers are involved and no data is transmitted. You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
The App can generate a report for your doctor's appointment as a PDF. The PDF is created entirely locally on your device. Whether and with whom you share it (e.g. via the iOS share sheet) is entirely up to you.
MigraineMap is a diary for self-observation. The App does not make diagnoses and does not replace a visit to a doctor.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple (In-App Purchase, StoreKit); only Apple receives your payment details. Subscription status is verified on your device via Apple's StoreKit — no additional service providers are involved and we receive no personal purchase data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
MigraineMap contains no ad networks and no app tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Under the GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. As your content is local, you can delete it anytime (remove data in the app or uninstall it). For anything else, contact us at the email above.
MigraineMap is not directed at children under 16.
