Die App erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Das Nachtsicht-Video mit der magischen Figur wird vollständig auf deinem Gerät berechnet — Aufnahme, Effekt, Personenerkennung und Export laufen alle lokal. Wir betreiben keine Server, es gibt kein Konto, keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge und keine Drittanbieter-SDKs. Nichts aus der App wird an uns oder an Dritte übertragen.
Wenn du in der App ein Wohnzimmer filmst, fragt iOS einmalig nach Kamera- und Mikrofonzugriff. Das aufgenommene Video wird ausschließlich auf deinem iPhone verarbeitet, um daraus den Nachtsicht-Effekt mit der gewählten Figur zu erzeugen. Es wird nicht hochgeladen, nicht gespeichert außerhalb der App und nicht an uns oder Dritte gesendet. Statt selbst zu filmen, kannst du auch ein vorhandenes Video oder Foto aus deiner Mediathek wählen oder das mitgelieferte Demo-Wohnzimmer nutzen — beides ohne Kamera- oder Mikrofonzugriff.
Wählst du „Video oder Foto wählen", greift die App nur auf die von dir ausgewählte Datei zu (kein Zugriff auf die gesamte Mediathek). Für den Export fragt iOS einmalig die Erlaubnis ab, das fertige Beweisvideo deiner Fotomediathek hinzuzufügen (reiner Schreibzugriff, kein Lesezugriff auf vorhandene Fotos).
Damit die magische Figur hinter Personen im Vordergrund verschwinden kann, erkennt die App Personen im Bild mit Apples Vision-Framework — vollständig auf dem Gerät, ohne Internetverbindung, ohne dass Bilder oder Erkennungsergebnisse das iPhone verlassen.
Das fertige 9:16-Beweisvideo wird vollständig lokal erstellt. Ob und an wen du es weitergibst (iOS-Teilen-Menü), entscheidest ausschließlich du.
Die Vollversion ist ein einmaliger In-App-Kauf (kein Abo) und wird vollständig über Apple (StoreKit) abgewickelt; deine Zahlungsdaten erhält ausschließlich Apple. Der Kaufstatus wird direkt auf deinem Gerät über StoreKit geprüft – wir erhalten keine personenbezogenen Kaufdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung). Für die Verarbeitung durch Apple gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
Die App enthält keine Werbe-Netzwerke, keine Analyse-Dienste und kein App-Tracking im Sinne des App-Tracking-Transparency-Frameworks.
Du hast nach DSGVO Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde. Da wir keine Daten von dir erhalten, liegen deine Inhalte allein bei dir. Für Fragen erreichst du uns unter der oben genannten E-Mail.
Die App richtet sich an Eltern, die für ihre Kinder einen Nachtsicht-Beweis erstellen — nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren als Nutzer der App selbst.

The app collects no personal data. The night-vision video with the magical figure is composited entirely on your device — capture, effect, person detection and export all run locally. We run no servers, there is no account, no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party SDKs. Nothing from the app is sent to us or to any third party.
If you film a living room inside the app, iOS asks once for camera and microphone access. The recorded video is processed only on your iPhone to create the night-vision effect with the chosen figure. It is never uploaded, never stored outside the app, and never sent to us or anyone else. Instead of filming yourself, you can also pick an existing video or photo from your library, or use the built-in demo living room — neither requires camera or microphone access.
If you choose “Choose Video or Photo”, the app only accesses the single file you pick (no access to your whole library). For export, iOS asks once for permission to add the finished proof video to your photo library (write-only, no read access to your existing photos).
So the magical figure can disappear behind people in the foreground, the app detects people in the frame using Apple’s Vision framework — entirely on the device, with no internet connection, and no image or detection result ever leaves your iPhone.
The finished 9:16 proof video is created entirely on your device. Whether and with whom you share it (iOS share sheet) is solely your decision.
The full version is a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription), processed entirely by Apple (StoreKit); only Apple receives your payment details. Your purchase status is checked on your device via StoreKit – we receive no personal purchase data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Apple’s privacy policy applies to processing by Apple.
The app contains no ad networks, no analytics services and no app tracking as defined by the App Tracking Transparency framework.
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we receive no data from you, your content stays with you. For questions, contact us at the email above.
